New Creation Builders was born out of struggle, perseverance, and the grace of being given another chance at life. Our name comes from 2 Corinthians 5:17 — a reminder of transformation, strength, and purpose. It’s not just a verse to us. It’s our identity.
I launched this company in 2023 with one mission: to bring fair, honest, hard‑working service to my community and the surrounding areas. We take on the jobs the big companies overlook — the projects that still matter, the ones that deserve craftsmanship and respect.
Whether it’s a small repair or a full transformation, we show up with integrity, grit, and the determination to get it done right. No job is too big. No job is too small.
About Chris Doerner, Owner
I’m originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but North Carolina became home in 2004 after I finished serving my country in the United States Marine Corps. I started my college journey at LSU — Geaux Tigers — and later wrapped up my degree at NC State with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Technology. Go Pack.
My wife and I share a blended family of eight kids, and family is the backbone of everything I do. When I’m not on a job site, you’ll find me serving at my church or heading out on our annual mission trip, putting my skills to work to help others.
I’ve spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, and I still get fired up watching a project come together. Building is what I know. It’s what I love. And I bring that same grit, experience, and purpose into every job I take on
